Your Role: 

Our dynamic operations team is going through exciting changes that involve the design and development of new systems, improving existing systems and working with some of latest technologies available. 

 

We're looking for a Business Analyst for our Operations Center that will:  

  • Conduct detailed analysis of processes within operations, 
  • Prepare and optimize business workflows and process maps using BPMN standards, 
  • Create accurate process flows and business process diagrams according to BPMN 2.0 standards, 
  • Design mock-ups and wireframes based on business requirements and user needs, 
  • Prepare comprehensive technical and functional documentation for all processes and requirements, 
  • Analyze and prioritize requests from different departments, 
  • Act as a bridge between technical teams and operations teams, 
  • Monitor development processes and take an active role in project management, 
  • Take responsibility in planning and executing UAT test processes, 
  • Ensure that prepared solutions are properly communicated to relevant stakeholders, 
  • Participate in operational data analysis and reporting processes, 
  • Take an active role in continuous improvement projects. 
  • Translate business requirements into user-friendly interface designs and functional specifications. 

 

 Your Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, mathematics, statistics or related fields, 
  • At least min. 3 years of experience working in similar roles such as Business Analyst, Process Analyst or equivalent positions, 
  • Strong analytical thinking skills and excellent documentation capabilities,

  • Proficiency in BPMN (Business Process Model and Notation) standards and ability to create accurate process flows, 
  • Experience with BPMN 2.0 modeling tools and methodologies, 
  • Experience with flow design tools such as Lucidchart, Visio, Draw.io, or similar process modeling platforms, 
  • Experience in creating mock-ups, wireframes, and prototypes using tools like Figma, Sketch, Balsamiq, or similar design tools, 
  • Experience in business process modeling and preparing flow diagrams, 
  • A basic understanding of technology languages and applications, 
  • Experience in managing process of IT delivery projects, 
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to technical and non-technical audiences of various levels in the organization, 
  • Knowledge of SQL, database design, algorithms, and flow diagrams, 
  • Have strong knowledge about Jira, SDLC, Agile methodologies, 
  • Ability to test REST and SOAP services using Postman, SoapUI or similar test tools, 
  • Understanding of UX/UI principles and user-centered design approach, 
  • Experience in requirements gathering and translating them into functional specifications, 
  • Following current technologies and willing to self-development, 
  • Effective communication skills and suitable for teamwork, 
  • Good at analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, result-oriented, team-oriented, open-minded, 
  • Fintech and payment systems knowledge is a big plus.
