How do we decribe perfect match?
- 5+ years of proven experience leading AI/ML or agentic transformation projects, preferably in industrial or manufacturing domains
- Strong understanding of AI systems, intelligent agents, and their applications in production environments
- Experience building strategic plans and managing large, cross-functional programs
- Familiarity with MLOps, industrial IoT, and smart factory technologies
- Knowledge of AI regulations and ethical deployment practices (e.g., EU AI Act)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, AI, or related field; advanced degree is a plus
The position is located in İstanbul, Turkey.
What awaits you in this role?
- Develop and drive the AI transformation roadmap with a focus on intelligent production systems, predictive maintenance, autonomous decision-making, and agentic AI workflows.
- Oversee AI/agentic projects end-to-end—from ideation and scoping to deployment and scaling—ensuring alignment with business goals, timelines, and budgets.
- Collaborate with production, IT, data, and engineering teams to identify opportunities, remove barriers, and ensure smooth integration of AI into operational processes.
- Stay abreast of emerging AI technologies and agentic frameworks, and guide internal stakeholders on adoption and best practices for production-scale deployment.
- Ensure AI implementations comply with data governance policies, regulatory standards (e.g., EU AI Act), and ethical AI practices.
- Help build internal AI maturity by mentoring teams, standardizing processes, and promoting AI literacy across production and operations.
