Bootcamp participants are offered both job opportunities and free training. Candidates who want to participate in bootcamps can choose the software/product/technology training they are looking for and the subject they want to specialize in, develop themselves in a specific business area, and benefit from job opportunities by graduating successfully.Offering job opportunities with Hiring Challenges!
The competitions, called Hiring Challenge, are organized for positions that fit the recruitment needs of companies. Participants must solve cases such as Android, iOS, code or algorithm development within the set time limit. In these competitions, algorithm design, originality and code quality are at the forefront. Projects submitted to the competition are pre-qualified. Competitors who pass the pre-qualification stage present their projects/solutions in the jury interviews and advance to the finals. In this way, they can meet the company officials they want to work with, prove themselves and explain their solutions.
Distributing prizes with Hackathons...
In events called hackathons, participants can compete in teams or individually. Participants are given a certain amount of time and asked to come up with new ideas, new digital products and then code them. Hackathons are competitions with prizes. Participants who prove themselves can then make presentations to the jury, win a prize, and sometimes get immediate job opportunities.
