Cyber Security Specialist (İzmit)

As a Hyundai Motor Group company, we are handling logistics, shipping, warehousing, packaging, material and stock management operations globally and we are looking for "Cyber Security Specialist" to assign at our Kocaeli - İzmit Location with below mentioned qualifications.

• Graduate of related departments 
• Must have bachelor's degree in a technical discipline
• Capable of teamwork, communication and coordination skills in English
• More years of cyber security / IT security experience in medium to large enterprise preferred
• Experience in Information Security Governance, Risk and Compliance
• Extensive knowledge in the following Security tools including SIEM, IDS/IPS, endpoint security solutions, and firewalls: Security Information and Event Management (SIEM), Cloud Access Security Broker (CASB), Data Loss Prevention (DLP), Endpoint Protection Platform (EPP), Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR), Intrusion Detection Systems (IDS) and Intrusion Prevention Systems (IPS) and Web filter.
• Ability to analyze global security standards and apply them to the enterprise
  
• Working understanding of information security technical terms and ability to explain them to non-technical people.
  
• Familiarity with different enterprise-grade information security technologies
  
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to allow effective interaction with all levels of the organization.
  
• Ability to work under pressure of deadlines, handle multiple priorities and pay close attention to detail.
• Full time working at İzmit office.
  

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Support security audits, vulnerability assessments, and review penetration test results to maintain a robust security posture.
  
• Apply technical expertise and knowledge to strengthen cybersecurity measures, including evaluating and recommending cybersecurity tools and technologies.
  
• Support and coordinate the installation of security measures, software, hardware, and applications to protect infrastructure and programs.
  
• Conduct deep-dive analysis on attacks and share actionable data our organization to build and implement countermeasures to protect infrastructure and customers.
  
• Ensure effective IT security controls in a complicated IT environment spread across our organization to include corporate, product, IOT and manufacturing IT environments.
  
• Write, develop, and implement effective and reasonable policies and practices to secure protected and sensitive data. Ensure information security is applied and compliance with relevant legislation and legal requirements.
  
• Execute the strategy for dealing with an increasing number of audits, compliance checks and external assessment processes for internal/external auditors. Align to a global standard.
  
• Provide technical and information security expertise for development and implementation of the information security risk management program and 3rd party vendor risk management program.
  
• Collaborate with peers across the organization to share solutions and best practices.
  
• Assist with the system-wide information security compliance program, ensuring IT activities to mitigate risks while complying with requirements are completed.
  
• Maintain knowledge of related security, regulatory, compliance and industry standards.
  
• Assist with assessment reports and cybersecurity metrics.
