Digital Intelligence & Data Support Assistant

We are looking for a “Digital Intelligence & Data Support Assistant” to join our DIGG (Digital Intelligence & Group Governance) team at our Taksim Corporate Office.

The Digital Intelligence & Data Support Specialist supports project coordination and the execution of digital intelligence and data initiatives across The Marmara Group. The role focuses on digital visibility, website analytics, data quality, SQL-based reporting, and AI-supported projects. The position provides operational and analytical support to the team, ensuring effective task tracking, coordination, and follow-up across multiple projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinating project tasks, meetings, documentation, and action items within the DIGG team
• Supporting digital visibility, SEO, GEO / AI Visibility, website monitoring, research, and reporting activities
• Monitoring website content, search visibility, and digital performance metrics, and coordinating improvement actions with relevant teams
• Performing data queries, validation, comparisons, and reporting using SQL
• Identifying missing, inaccurate, or inconsistent data records and coordinating resolution processes with relevant teams
• Supporting data quality, data matching, and operational control processes across data and system projects
• Using AI tools in daily workflows and contributing to the development of AI-supported solutions
• Participating in English-language meetings with international team members and consultants, following up on discussions, and communicating relevant action items
• Preparing and maintaining project documentation, reports, and progress updates

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Economics and Administrative Sciences, or a related field
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a disciplined approach to task follow-up
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Ability to perform basic data queries and data validation using SQL
• Hands-on experience developing at least one project using AI tools, with the ability to explain their contribution
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with different teams
• Good command of English, with the ability to actively participate in meetings with international stakeholders and understand and communicate technical topics
• Familiarity with at least one of the following technologies: C++, .NET, PHP, Pascal, or SQL
