Digital Marketing Specialist, Performance Marketing

   We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialistto support digital growth across key channels, with a particular focus onperformance marketing. In this role, you will contribute to initiatives that drive qualified traffic, generate leads, and improve conversion rates, while supporting broader business growth.

   Working within a direct selling model, you will also support advisor and representative acquisition, customer retention, and a consistent brand presence across digital touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and optimize digital acquisition campaigns to increase traffic, leads, and conversion
• Manage and monitor campaigns across paid search, paid social, display, affiliate, and referral channels
• Track campaign performance using key metricssuch as ROAS, CAC, CPL, and conversion rate
• Recommend improvements related to targeting, bidding, creatives, and landing pages
• Monitor and interpret performance marketing data, track campaign results closely, and support timely optimization actions throughout campaign periods
• Support SEO initiatives, including keyword optimization, content updates, on-page improvements, and technical recommendations
• Contribute to CRO initiatives by supporting testing and improvements across landing pages and digital journeys
• Assist with lead generation activities such as paid lead campaigns, email capture, gated content, and nurture flows
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and agency partners to support campaign delivery and performance improvement
• Monitor and report on campaign and channel performance using dashboards and analytics tools
• Support tracking implementation, data accuracy, and optimization planning
