ERP Support & Development Specialist

YC INOX is a 100% Taiwan-invested company. We are looking for anERP Support & Development Specialist to be responsible for supporting, developing, and continuously improving ERP systems and related software applications at our factory located in Dilovası.

General Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Management Information Systems, or other related departments,
• Preferably at least 3 years of experience in ERP support and software development,
• Knowledge of ERP systems and applications,
• Good command of SQL and at least one programming language; knowledge of Java or JSP is preferred,
• Good command of written and spoken English,
• Strong reporting, presentation preparation, and presentation skills,
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities,
• Good communication and teamwork skills,
• Eager to learn and open to continuous development,
• Result-oriented with strong follow-up and organizational skills,
• Ability to build positive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders,
• Preferably knowledgeable about finance and accounting legislation,
• Preferably knowledgeable about the ISO 27001 Information Security Management System and its standards,
• Preferably knowledgeable about business analysis techniques.

Job Description

• Providing user support for the ERP system and related software applications actively used within the company,
• Developing, testing, and implementing ERP, Management Information System (MIS), and Business Intelligence (BI) applications in accordance with company policies, objectives, applicable legislation, and standards,
• Evaluating new software and development requests and carrying out the related planning, analysis, development, and testing activities,
• Monitoring, identifying, and resolving issues related to ERP systems, software applications, and databases,
• Evaluating user requests and issues related to ERP automation modules and taking the necessary actions,
• Coordinating with the relevant local and overseas IT teams when necessary,
• Analyzing, designing, developing, and continuously improving existing systems,
• Developing software solutions to support ERP-related automation processes,
• Performing database consistency tests for newly developed or updated codes,
• Carrying out planning and maintenance activities for ERP systems and databases, including performance tuning, capacity planning, backup, and business continuity,
• Providing training on software applications, document management systems, and reporting tools used throughout the company,
• Supporting the system orientation process of newly hired employees,
• Monitoring the progress of local and international projects,
• Preparing periodic reports regarding ERP operations, system performance, and improvement activities,
• Following technological developments and recommending solutions that can be implemented within company processes,
• Contributing to continuous improvement, efficiency enhancement, and cost-reduction activities,
• Performing duties in compliance with the company’s Quality, Environmental, Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems, and 5S standards.
