We are seeking an experienced ERP Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. We are looking for a candidate who is skilled in understanding business processes and translating them into our ERP software.
Responsibilities
- Work alongside our business partners to understand their needs and translate these into system requirements.
- Document business processes and identify discrepancies between the business and system.
- Collaborate with technical teams to design and implement system enhancements.
- Educate users and manage the system adoption process.
- Solve system-related problems and communicate with technical teams for solutions.
Who we're looking for
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Shipbuilding Engineer , Industrial Engineer or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in ERP systems.
- Experience with SAP, IFS, or similar ERP systems.
- Ability to understand and analyze business processes.
- Ability to translate business needs into system requirements.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
