Job Description
We are looking for an "IT Support Specialist" to join our factory in Torbalı, Izmir.
GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF POSITION
Responsible for supporting all assigned employees/the company in providing hardware and software support. Ensures that technological projects are successfully developed and deployed.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for user devices including desktops, laptops, and mobile equipment.
- Install, configure, and upgrade end-user hardware and related systems.
- Support barcode systems such as handheld devices and label printers.
- Manage the installation, maintenance, and upgrades of building access control and camera systems.
- Deliver day-to-day IT support for assigned employees.
- Maintain and track IT-related physical and digital asset inventories.
- Perform system imaging, backups, and hardware/software upgrades when required.
- Support corporate IT projects and initiatives.
- Maintain and troubleshoot printers and multifunction devices.
Skills
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Technology, Information Technology, Computer Programming, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in end-user support or help desk roles.
- Military service completed for male candidates.
- Fluent in spoken and written English.
- Analyze problems, collect data, and develop practical solutions.
- Provide technical support for information systems and software.
- Follow written, verbal, and diagram-based technical instructions.
- Make operational decisions that may impact daily workflows.
- Troubleshoot technical issues in environments with multiple variables.
