Job Description
We are looking for an "IT Support Specialist" to join our factory in Torbalı, Izmir.
GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF POSITION
Responsible for supporting all assigned employees/the company in providing hardware and software support. Ensures that technological projects are successfully developed and deployed.
Responsibilities
Provide technical support for user devices including desktops, laptops, and mobile equipment.
Install, configure, and upgrade end-user hardware and related systems.
Support barcode systems such as handheld devices and label printers.
Manage the installation, maintenance, and upgrades of building access control and camera systems.
Deliver day-to-day IT support for assigned employees.
Maintain and track IT-related physical and digital asset inventories.
Perform system imaging, backups, and hardware/software upgrades when required.
Support corporate IT projects and initiatives.
Maintain and troubleshoot printers and multifunction devices.
Skills
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Technology, Information Technology, Computer Programming, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in end-user support or help desk roles.
Military service completed for male candidates.
Fluent in spoken and written English.
Analyze problems, collect data, and develop practical solutions.
Provide technical support for information systems and software.
Follow written, verbal, and diagram-based technical instructions.
Make operational decisions that may impact daily workflows.
Troubleshoot technical issues in environments with multiple variables.
