IT Support Specialist

We are looking for an "IT Support Specialist" to join our factory in Torbalı, Izmir.

GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF POSITION

Responsible for supporting all assigned employees/the company in providing hardware and software support. Ensures that technological projects are successfully developed and deployed.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for user devices including desktops, laptops, and mobile equipment.
• Install, configure, and upgrade end-user hardware and related systems.
• Support barcode systems such as handheld devices and label printers.
• Manage the installation, maintenance, and upgrades of building access control and camera systems.
• Deliver day-to-day IT support for assigned employees.
• Maintain and track IT-related physical and digital asset inventories.
• Perform system imaging, backups, and hardware/software upgrades when required.
• Support corporate IT projects and initiatives.
• Maintain and troubleshoot printers and multifunction devices.

Skills

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Technology, Information Technology, Computer Programming, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in end-user support or help desk roles.
• Military service completed for male candidates.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Analyze problems, collect data, and develop practical solutions.
• Provide technical support for information systems and software.
• Follow written, verbal, and diagram-based technical instructions.
• Make operational decisions that may impact daily workflows.
• Troubleshoot technical issues in environments with multiple variables.
