Job Description
The Marmara Group, which has been operating since 1978 and is one of the newest and most institutionalized ones in tourism in Turkey, has a total of 4 hotels - The Marmara Taksim, The Marmara Pera, The Marmara Antalya, The Marmara Bodrum. It is among the leading brands of Turkey with Esma Sultan Mansion, Zeyrek Çinili Bath and Vinkara Wines.
We are looking for a “Junior Creative Visibility Specialist” to be assigned to our Taksim Corporate Office
This is primarily a digital visibility and creative production role. It also includes a structured executive assistance component focused specifically on coordination that enables visibility work: approvals, timelines, content tracking, and stakeholder follow-ups. This is a growth role designed for a new graduate / early-career candidate with strong taste, high attention to detail, and the desire to learn. You will work directly with the Lead Visibility Specialist and an Executive Stakeholder, contributing to brand-aligned execution across our digital ecosystem
Key Responsibilities:
Create and refine brand-aligned digital assets for social and marketing touchpoints,
Support visual consistency across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and other key digital surfaces
Prepare creative assets for organic and paid usage, organizing format variations and iterative versions for testing and improvement
Actively use and explore AI-assisted design and video tools for rapid prototyping, short-form creative tests, and new visual directions
Support GEO-ready visibility work by helping keep visuals and text aligned, clear, accurate, and easy to interpret across platforms (headlines, captions, descriptions, consistency checks)
Support digital accuracy and readability by flagging outdated materials, inconsistencies, or mismatched messaging
Provide structured executive support tied to visibility workflows: scheduling reviews, documenting notes and decisions, coordinating approvals, and maintaining trackers and asset organization
Required Qualifications:
University graduate (business-related fields preferred; marketing/communications a plus),
New graduate or 1–2 years of relevant experience in digital, creative production, marketing operations, or similar,
Strong visual taste and attention to detail; ability to produce clean, premium-looking work,
Proficiency with Canva; familiarity with Figma and/or Adobe Creative Suite is a strong advantage,
High curiosity for AI-assisted creation and willingness to learn structured approaches to visibility (including GEO fundamentals)
Interest in social media marketing and openness to learn performance basics and data literacy
Comfortable working in a collaborative team, receiving feedback, and iterating quickly
Strong English communication skills. (written and verbal)
