We are looking for an Senior Specialist/Lead to join our Information Technologies and Artificial Intelligence Department.

Key Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.

• A minimum of 6 years of experience with a strong understanding of business processes and master data in one or more SAP modules (SAP PP, PP/DS, QM, EWM, FI, CO, TM, SD), covering areas such as service operation, service delivery, or complete project lifecycle.

• SAP Certification is a plus.

• Proven experience in SAP Support and Application Management projects.

• Strong problem-solving and business analysis skills, including functional decomposition, requirements gathering, and process modeling.

• Experience with S/4HANA (greenfield) implementations.

• Knowledge of SAP module integrations with non-SAP systems.

• Strong analytical skills, critical thinking, and innovation.

• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.

• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Proficiency in English.

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate the implementation and support of SAP modules (SAP PP, PP/DS, QM, EWM, FI, CO, TM, SD), performing detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and providing appropriate system solutions. Identify, interpret, validate, and document customer requirements.

• Lead and manage S/4HANA (greenfield) implementation projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery.

• Participate in the full software development lifecycle and outsourcing activities for production software solutions.

• Align business requirements, processes, and objectives with product modifications to meet client needs.

• Act as a liaison between business functions and technical teams to ensure seamless integration and communication.

• Analyze business operations and design/document processes based on industry best practices.

• Conduct workshops and training sessions for end-users.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation and integration of SAP ERP systems.

• Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for SAP ERP modules

• Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations, processes, and training materials.

• Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies and industry trends to recommend improvements and innovations.
