Genel Nitelikler
- Üniversitelerin tercihen Gıda Mühendisliği, Endüstri Mühendisliği, İşletme veya ilgili bölümlerinden mezun,
- Tercihen üretim, operasyon, planlama veya iş analizi alanlarında deneyim sahibi,
- İyi derecede İngilizce bilgisine sahip,
- Tercihen SAP S/4HANA ve ERP sistemleri kullanım tecrübesi bulunan,
- Veri analizi, raporlama ve süreç takibi konularında yetkin,
- Microsoft Excel başta olmak üzere MS Office programlarını etkin kullanabilen,
- Analitik düşünme, problem çözme ve sonuç odaklı çalışma becerileri güçlü,
- Planlama, organizasyon ve takip yönü kuvvetli,
- Departmanlar arası koordinasyonu etkin şekilde yönetebilecek iletişim becerisine sahip,
- Yoğun iş temposuna uyum sağlayabilecek,
- Erkek adaylar için askerlik hizmetini tamamlamış.
İş Tanımı
- Müşteri siparişlerinin sisteme giriş süreçlerini yönetmek ve ilgili onay süreçlerini takip etmek,
- Üretim gerçekleşmeleri ve üretim teyitlerinin SAP S/4HANA sistemine işlenmesini sağlamak ve veri giriş süreçlerini yönetmek,
- Üretim Müdürlüğü’nün operasyonel veri akışı ve sistem süreçlerine destek vermek,
- Üretim süreçlerinde ihtiyaç duyulan sarf malzemelerin satın alma taleplerini oluşturmak ve takip etmek,
- Hammaddeden son ürüne kadar yürütülen analiz süreçlerini takip etmek, sonuçları kontrol etmek ve müşteri onay süreçlerini yönetmek,
- Satış öncesi ve sonrası operasyonel süreçlerin takibini sağlamak, ilgili birimler arasındaki koordinasyonu yürütmek,
- Analiz teşvik süreçlerine destek vermek ve resmi/paydaş kurumlarla iletişimi koordine etmek,
- Operasyonel ve yönetsel raporlamaları düzenli olarak hazırlamak ve yönetime sunmak,
- Süreçlerin verimliliğini artırmaya yönelik iyileştirme fırsatlarını belirlemek ve geliştirme önerileri sunmak
