Mondi carries out all paper and packaging production processes, from wood raw materials to the production of cellulose and paper and recycled paper, to the production of packaging papers, corrugated cardboard packaging and industrial bags. Mondi Group especially produces packaging paper, packaging products and uncoated paper (UFP).

There are three group companies in Turkey affiliated with Mondi Group: Mondi Kalenobel, Mondi İstanbul Ambalaj and Mondi Corrugated Turkey.

We are looking for a colleague to work as a "Senior Security Specialist" in the Information Technologies department of Mondi Group, to be assigned to group companies in Turkey.

Required Qualifications;

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a role focused on IT security, preferably plus OT Security
• Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or GICSP are a plus.
• Strong understanding of industrial control systems (ICS), SCADA, PLCs, and other OT systems.
• Knowledge of security frameworks, standards, and guidelines like ISO 27001, NIS etc.
• Knowledge of router, switch, firewall, wireless network components, servers, virtualization, backup systems, monitoring and vulnerability scanning tools, Windows 11
• Excellent communication skills with English Language both written and verbal.

Security Job Description:

• Evaluate, implement, and manage security measures to protect operational   technology systems and data.
• Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing on Mondi IT/OT systems.
• Coordinate with IT and other departments to ensure alignment between Mondi OT   and IT security policies.
• Develop and maintain documentation related to IT/OT security protocols and   configurations.
• Train IT/OT personnel or end users in security awareness and procedures.
• Assist in incident response and recovery plans related to IT/OT security
• Monitor security alerts and take corrective action to resolve security incidents.
• Liaise with external vendors and consultants to achieve IT/OT security objectives,     participate in IT/OT component supply/purchase process.
• IT Ticket system response at security related issues
• Preparing security related reports and presentations
• Providing trainings and campaigns to increase security awareness

Operational Job Description

• Managing installation and operation of IT systems (network components, servers, printers, clients, etc)  to keep production and business continuity
• Providing end user support when needed especially at urgent cases, managing the end user support and user satisfaction
• Management of IT assets
