Job Description
Şirketimizin reklam ve pazarlama faaliyetlerini yönetecek, yaratıcı ve stratejik bakış açısına sahip bir Reklam Yöneticisi arıyoruz.
- Üniversitelerin ilgili bölümlerinden mezun,
- Reklam, medya veya dijital pazarlama alanında en az 3-5 yıl deneyimli,
- Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads gibi dijital reklam platformlarında kampanya yönetimi konusunda tecrübeli,
- Reklam bütçesi yönetimi, kampanya optimizasyonu ve performans analizi konularında yetkin,
- Sosyal medya yönetimi ve içerik üretimi süreçlerine hakim,
- Yaratıcı düşünme ve problem çözme becerisi yüksek,
- Analitik düşünme ve raporlama becerisi gelişmiş,
- Takım çalışmasına yatkın, iletişim becerileri güçlü,
- Trendleri ve sektörel gelişmeleri yakından takip eden,
- Sonuç odaklı, disiplinli ve çözüm odaklı çalışma prensibine sahip,
- Tercihen iyi derecede İngilizce bilen.
Görev Tanımı:
- Şirketin reklam stratejilerini oluşturmak ve uygulamak,
- Dijital ve geleneksel mecralarda reklam kampanyaları planlamak, yürütmek ve analiz etmek,
- Sosyal medya hesaplarının yönetimi ve içerik planlamasını sağlamak,
- Reklam bütçelerini etkin şekilde yönetmek ve raporlamak,
- Ajans, tasarımcı ve içerik üreticileriyle koordinasyonu sağlamak,
- Marka bilinirliğini artıracak yaratıcı kampanyalar geliştirmek,
- Rakip analizleri yapmak ve sektörel gelişmeleri takip etmek.
