· Üniversitelerin Mühendislik, Yazılım, İşletme, İktisat veya Bilişim bölümlerinden mezun,
· Temel ERP modülleri hakkında bilgi sahibi; tercihen Logo ERP ürünleriyle çalışma deneyimi olan,
· E-Fatura, E-İrsaliye ve E-Defter uygulamaları hakkında bilgi sahibi,
· SQL sorgulama dili konusunda yetenekli,
· En az 3 yıl ERP destek tecrübesi bulunan ve aktif rol almış,
· İş takibi, planlama ve sonuçlandırma konularında disiplinli, çözüm odaklı ve sabırlı,
· Ekip çalışmasına yatkın, öğrenmeye açık ve gelişime istekli,
· İletişim becerileri yüksek; telefonla veya uzak bağlantı üzerinden destek verebilecek,
· **Erkek adaylar için askerlik hizmetini tamamlamış veya muaf,
· Temel derecede İngilizce bilgisine sahip.
İŞ TANIMI
· Telefon veya ticket sistemi üzerinden gelen müşteri taleplerini değerlendirmek, çözüme kavuşturmak ve zamanında geri bildirim sağlamak,
· Müşteri ihtiyaçlarını analiz ederek, ilgili iç ekiplerle koordinasyon içinde paylaşmak,
· Proje ve destek ekipleri ile iş birliği içinde çalışmak,
· Kullanıcılara ürün kullanım eğitimi vermek,
· Mevcut ERP sistemlerinin bakım, destek ve güncelleme süreçlerini yönetmek,
· Güncelleme ve iyileştirmeleri test ederek uygulamaya almak,
· Hata, sorun ve taleplerin takibini yönetmek,
SQL bilgisi ile rapor oluşturabilecek seviyede teknik bilgi Windows Server, IIS, ağ yapıları ve uzak bağlantı bilgisi
· Sürekli iyileştirme bakış açısıyla yenilikçi fikirler geliştirmek ve uygulamak,
· Bilgi paylaşımını artıracak ve destek süreçlerini optimize edecek faaliyetlerde bulunmak,
· Destek süreçlerine ilişkin verileri raporlayarak düzenli olarak ilgili yöneticilere ve müşterilere sunmak.
