Job Description
İŞ TANIMI:
Çözüm ortağı olduğumuz, Türkiye sigorta sektöründe dijital dönüşüme öncülük eden, müşteri deneyimini teknoloji ile yeniden şekillendiren bir sigorta şirketinin Bilgi Teknolojileri ekibinde görevlendirilmek üzere Yazılım Test Uzmanı arıyoruz. Çalışma yeri İstanbul – Ümraniye’dedir.
Bu rolde görev alacak ekip arkadaşımız:
- İş gereksinimlerini analiz ederek test senaryoları ve test verileri hazırlayacak,
- Web, mobil ve servis tabanlı uygulamaların fonksiyonel, entegrasyon ve regresyon testlerini gerçekleştirecek,
- Tespit edilen hata ve iyileştirme önerilerini kayıt altına alarak ilgili ekiplerle takip edecek,
- Analiz, yazılım geliştirme ve iş birimleri ile koordineli çalışarak ürün kalitesinin artırılmasına katkı sağlayacak,
- SQL sorguları kullanarak veri doğrulama ve kontrol süreçlerini yürütecek,
- Uygulamaların canlıya geçiş öncesi kalite kontrol süreçlerinde aktif rol alacak,
- Test süreçlerinin geliştirilmesine yönelik öneriler sunacak ve dokümantasyon çalışmalarına destek verecek,
- Test süreçlerinde verimliliği artırmaya yönelik otomasyon fırsatlarını değerlendirecek, Power Automate, RPA ve benzeri teknolojilerle geliştirilen çözümlerin test ve doğrulama faaliyetlerinde görev alacaktır.
Yazılım test uzmanlarının temel sorumlulukları arasında test senaryosu hazırlama, hata yönetimi, regresyon ve entegrasyon testlerinin yürütülmesi ile yazılım kalitesinin güvence altına alınması yer almaktadır.
GENEL NİTELİKLER:
- Üniversitelerin Bilgisayar Mühendisliği, Yazılım Mühendisliği, Yönetim Bilişim Sistemleri veya ilgili bölümlerinden mezun,
- Yazılım test süreçlerinde en az 1 yıl deneyim sahibi,
- Test senaryosu oluşturma, test yürütme ve hata takibi konularında bilgi sahibi,
- SQL kullanarak veri kontrolü ve doğrulama yapabilen,
- API testleri (Postman, SoapUI vb.) konusunda bilgi sahibi,
- Jira, Azure DevOps veya benzeri hata yönetim araçlarını kullanmış,
- Analitik düşünme ve problem çözme becerileri gelişmiş,
- Detaylara önem veren ve kalite odaklı çalışma disiplinine sahip,
- Takım çalışmasına yatkın ve iletişim becerileri güçlü,
- Yeni teknolojileri ve test yaklaşımlarını öğrenmeye istekli,
- Tercihen sigortacılık uygulamaları ve süreçleri hakkında bilgi sahibi,
- Tercihen Power Automate, Power Platform veya RPA teknolojileri hakkında bilgi sahibi,
- Süreç otomasyonu ve dijital dönüşüm projelerine ilgi duyan,
- Operasyonel süreçlerin iyileştirilmesi ve otomasyon fırsatlarının belirlenmesine katkı sağlayabilecek.
