General Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in related area
- 0-2 years of experience in similar positions
- Advanced level knowledge in English
- Showing proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Preferably with knowledge of SQL, Qliksense and PowerBI
- Those who want to improve themselves in the field of business intelligence and reporting
- Able to work as a team player progress with a cooperation perspective
- Able to work with solution and goal oriented
- Taking initiative and decision making skills
- Have a customer-oriented service approach
- Progressing with a detail-oriented perspective
- Open to feedback and adaptable to change quickly
Job Description
- Creating reports (number of calls, absenteeism, KPI, premium calculations, weekly bonus simulations, productivity, production, etc.) in the right formats in line with current demands and new customer demands (contract content) and adapting them to the needs arising for other projects,
- Meeting new reporting requests,
- Determining the reports that should be prepared in line with the customer demands and preparing the reports,
- Using the right models while developing business intelligence tools,
- Following the requests coming through the ticket system and making the business plan in line with the company's interests,
- Preparation of instant reporting requests in accordance with the deadline.
