What you’ll be doing…

·         Lead the design, installation, testing, and maintenance of our software system, playing a pivotal role in its architecture and functionality.

·         Spearhead the design and development of new features and enhancements to our software applications, ensuring they meet the evolving needs of our clients.

·         Proactively identify opportunities for system improvements and present innovative ideas to enhance our software ecosystem.

·         Take ownership of system maintenance, ensuring smooth operation and performance optimization post-implementation.

·         Foster an environment of continuous learning and growth within the development team, providing onboarding, mentoring, and training to nurture the skills and expertise of team members.

·         Collaborate closely with the technical team across UK and TR locations, fostering knowledge sharing and continuous skill development.

·         Forge strong partnerships with the Account Management team, aligning technical solutions with client expectations and business objectives.

·         Conduct thorough analysis of existing projects, identifying areas for improvement and implementing enhancements accordingly.

·         Engage with clients to understand their requirements, providing proactive support and driving actionable insights to address their needs effectively.

You’ll need to…

·         Have 5+ years of experience working as a software developer in a data driven environment

·         Have deep knowledge of Microsoft .Net development

·         Have strong experience of C#

·         Have experience working with SQL

·         Have strong Excel knowledge (macros, pivot tables etc)

·         Be university qualified with experience working as a software developer team lead or manager

·         Have experience working with GIT and an understand of GIT workflows

·         Preferably have experience/knowledge of Javascript, HTML, CSS/SASS, Web application development experience, REST APIs, Angular 2+, DevExpress, PowerBI, Data visualisation, Token based authentication, and working with large data sets

·         Be fluent in English – This is essential

·         Have an interest in media and how it interfaces with technology

·         Be eligible to live and work in Turkey

·         Be numerate, with the ability to analyse problems constructively

·         Think clearly under pressure and be willing to learn and grow with us
