• Provide support for hardware and software requests from users
• Manage installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of computers, printers, phones, etc.
• Track and resolve internal IT support (helpdesk) requests
• Provide support for Windows operating systems and office applications
• Assist in user account management (Active Directory, etc.)
• Maintain and track IT inventory
• Troubleshoot basic network issues
• Set up IT equipment for new employees
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or relevant technical background
• 1–3 years of experience in IT Support / Helpdesk roles
• Good knowledge of Windows operating systems and MS Office applications
• Solid hardware knowledge (PC, laptop, printer, etc.)
• Basic knowledge of networking
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment, solution-oriented
• Preferably knowledge of Active Directory
• Preferably experience with ticketing systems (Jira, ServiceNow, etc.)
• Preferably basic knowledge of network (LAN/WAN) and security
• Preferably experience in ERP or enterprise application support
