Product Specialist (Diaper)

Hyosung Istanbul Tekstil is one of the companies belonging to the Hyosung Group in South Korea. Hyosung Group started its business life with the Dongyang Nylon Factory, which was established in 1966. Today, Hyosung is a global company with 119 manufacturing facilities and sales offices worldwide.

We are seeking a dynamic "Product Specialist (Diaper)" to join our growing team and play a key role in our Maslak/İstanbul Office.

General Qualifications:

• Proficient in written and spoken English,
• Graduated from relevant departments of universities (Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, etc.),
• Preferably experienced in the FMCG (fast-moving consumer goods) sector or a similar production area,
• Team player and successful in team management,
• Strong communication skills, strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities,
• Interested and willing to develop systems,
• Not affiliated with military service,
• Can drive actively.
  

   
  Job Description:

• Presenting the value of our product to the customer and getting the order.
• Managing the production schedule proactively according to the customer’s order forecast.
• Visiting customers and potential customers to test and analyze technical problems on-site.
• Working in accordance with the principle of perfect customer satisfaction by responding to customers and potential customers in a timely manner.
• Taking samples of the product manufactured by the relevant customer when necessary and ensuring that it is tested in the factory environment.
• Ensuring the flow of up-to-date information by sending the test and meeting reports to the department manager and senior management in an effective and up-to-date manner.
