Product Specialist (Diaper)

Hyosung Istanbul Tekstil is one of the companies belonging to the Hyosung Group in South Korea. Hyosung Group started its business life with the Dongyang Nylon Factory, which was established in 1966. Today, Hyosung is a global company with 119 manufacturing facilities and sales offices worldwide.

We are seeking a dynamic "Product Specialist (Diaper)" to join our growing team and play a key role in our Maslak/İstanbul Office.

General Qualifications:

• Proficient in written and spoken English,
• Graduated from relevant departments of universities (Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, etc.),
• Preferably experienced in the FMCG (fast-moving consumer goods) sector or a similar production area,
• Team player and successful in team management,
• Strong communication skills, strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities,
• Interested and willing to develop systems,
• Not affiliated with military service,
• Can drive actively.
  
   

  Job Description:
  

• Present product features and technical advantages to customers to secure orders and develop new business opportunities.
• Coordinate production schedules according to customer order forecasts in close collaboration with production and planning teams.
• Respond to customer inquiries promptly and coordinate logistics-related issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Provide technical support and resolve issues related to diapers and spandex yarn products.
• Guide customers on the proper handling and application of spandex according to their machine conditions.
• Collect customer product samples when required and coordinate factory testing to verify product performance and quality.
• Visit existing and potential customers regularly to identify business opportunities, provide technical support, and strengthen customer relationships.
• Manage distributors and maintain long-term relationships with customers.

• Prepare and submit customer visit reports, technical test reports, and meeting summaries to management for effective follow-up.
• Conduct regular domestic and overseas business trips as required.
