Join our European Data Science & Advanced Analytics Team and drive innovation in AI and Machine Learning! We are seeking a highly skilled professional to design, develop, and implement cutting-edge AI/ML solutions, leveraging advanced statistical methods and Big Data platforms. This role will also spearhead Generative AI initiatives within our Turkish business and the wider region. Job Description Summary:
- Collaborate on European Data Science & Advanced Analytics Team projects.
- Design, develop, and implement innovative AI/ML solutions and advanced statistical concept studies.
- Productionalize machine learning algorithms on Big Data platforms.
- Apply data mining and ML techniques to Healthcare Big Data to identify complex relationships and integrate diverse data sources.
- Utilize Large Language Models for tasks like summarization, chatbots, and entity extraction.
- Develop foundational Deep Learning Models for assets and patient data.
- Build and train production-grade algorithms to uncover patterns in high-dimensional data for ML applications.
- Lead Generative AI initiatives within the Turkish business and the wider region.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics/Statistics, Economics/Econometrics, or related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in quantitative data analysis or PhD with 1+ year of relevant ML research experience.
- Fluency in English and Turkish.
- Expertise in classical and deep learning ML methods.
- Strong technical skills in Python, SQL, and Hadoop ecosystem.
- Experience applying AI/ML methods to business problems.
- Proficiency in advanced statistical and econometric methods.
- Experience with Big Data handling.
- Ability to write clean, reusable, production-level code.
- Excellent communication skills, including technical documentation, results interpretation, and business recommendations.
- Strong analytical mindset and logical thinking, with a focus on quality control.
- Knowledge of the pharmaceutical market and data (medical, hospital, pharmacy, claims data) is a plus.
- Self-responsible project management.
