• Sistem destek, yardım masası veya bilgi teknolojileri alanında deneyim sahibi,
• Windows işletim sistemleri, Microsoft 365 ve temel ağ konularında bilgi sahibi,
• Veritabanları ve temel SQL sorguları hakkında bilgi sahibi,
• Active Directory, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP ve VPN konularında bilgi sahibi,
• Teknik problemleri analiz ederek çözüm üretebilen,
• İletişim becerileri güçlü, sabırlı ve kullanıcı odaklı,
• Takım çalışmasına yatkın ve sorumluluk sahibi,
• Dokümantasyon ve iş takibi konusunda yetkin,
• Erkek adaylar için askerlik hizmetini tamamlamış,
• B sınıfı sürücü belgesine sahip ve aktif olarak araç kullanabilen,
