Bursa Nilüfer'de bulunan İnşaat ve Enerji sektöründe faaliyet gösteren firmamızın merkez ofisinde görevlendirmek üzere "YAZILIM DESTEK SORUMLUSU" pozisyonunda görev alacak bir çalışma arkadaşı arıyoruz.
İş Tanımı
- Şirketimiz tarafından geliştirilen yazılım ürünlerinin kurulum ve devreye alma süreçlerini gerçekleştirmek
- Yazılım ve donanım içeren sistem kurulum projelerinde görev almak
- Kullanıcılara sistem kullanımı hakkında eğitim vermek
- Telefon, uzak bağlantı veya yerinde ziyaret ile teknik destek sağlamak
- Proje ihtiyaçlarını analiz ederek sistem parametrelerini oluşturmak
- Kurulum ve destek süreçleri hakkında raporlama yapmak
Aranan Nitelikler
- Tercihen Bilgisayar Programcılığı, Bilgisayar Teknolojileri veya ilgili bölümlerden mezun
- MS SQL Server konusunda temel bilgi sahibi
- Yazılım kurulumu ve sistem ayarları konusunda öğrenmeye açık
