About the Role

• We are looking for a Senior Delivery Product Manager to lead the execution of multi-project software development initiatives for our international B2B clients.
• In this role, you act as the bridge between the customer and the engineering team, ensuring smooth communication, clarity, and consistent delivery.
• You will own the coordination, planning, and execution phases of development, supporting multiple products and clients simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary delivery owner between client teams and engineering
• Manage and drive multiple projects in parallel, ensuring timelines and expectations are met
• Translate final requirements into actionable development plans and task breakdowns
• Lead sprint planning, prioritization, and ongoing delivery tracking
• Facilitate clear communication between customers and the internal team
• Run regular syncs with international stakeholders, provide updates, and gather clarifications
• Identify risks and dependencies early; proactively resolve or escalate blockers
• Coordinate QA, UAT, release, and deployment activities
• Maintain up-to-date documentation in Notion, Linear, and internal systems
• Support engineering leads in technical clarification and decision alignment
• Ensure alignment, reduce ambiguity, and maintain project momentum across teams

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Product Management or Delivery Management in B2B software
• Strong delivery and execution background with multi-project ownership
• Excellent English communication skills for client and engineering coordination
• Experience working with international clients in dynamic, cross-functional environments
• Deep understanding of software development lifecycles and agile methodologies
• Proven ability to work closely with engineering teams and break down complex scopes
• Strong organization, prioritization, and stakeholder management abilities
• Comfortable in fast-moving, high-expectation environments
• Proficiency with modern product/development tools (Linear, Jira, Notion, etc.)

• Experience with AI-enabled or complex system development
