What does a Scrum Master do?
Increases communication between team members. Provides feedback to team members for the correct implementation of Scrum and ensures that training is provided where necessary. Checks the processes periodically and encourages the team to make improvements. Actively follows the sprint processes and ensures that the sprint processes are carried out transparently by the whole team. One of the most basic tasks of the Scrum Master is not to lead the team, but to approach them as a guide.
The Scrum Master is responsible for supporting and guiding the team to act in accordance with Scrum principles in order for the team to achieve its goals. Especially in Agile companies, the role of the Scrum Master is very important.
How to become a Scrum Master?
The Scrum Master ensures continuous communication between team members and Product teams. He/she tries to find solutions to the needs of team members and should understand them. They should follow the developments in the Agile world and inform their team members about them.
