Role Overview
As an SEO Specialist, you will be responsible for improving the organic search visibility of our multi-domain websites, creating and optimizing content, and ensuring the technical health of our web platforms. You will collaborate with web developers, content creators, and marketing managers to drive measurable growth in rankings, traffic, and conversions.
Key Responsibilities
SEO Strategy & Execution
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis
- Develop and execute SEO strategies for multiple brands and websites
- Manage on-page SEO (meta tags, headings, content structure, internal linking)
- Oversee off-page SEO activities, including backlink acquisition
- Plan and optimize landing pages & blog content for target keywords
Technical SEO
- Audit websites for technical SEO issues and recommend improvements
- Optimize website speed, mobile responsiveness, and crawlability
- Implement structured data/schema markup for better SERP visibility
- Collaborate with developers on site architecture and technical fixes
Analytics & Reporting
- Track and analyze SEO performance (rankings, organic traffic)
- Prepare regular reports and actionable insights for management
- Monitor Google Search Console for performance and indexing issues
Requirements
Must-Have Skills
- 2+ years of hands-on SEO experience (preferably multi-site or international SEO)
- Strong knowledge of Google ranking factors and algorithm updates
- Proficiency with Google Search Console and other basic SEO tools
- Understanding of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript for SEO purposes
- Experience with WordPress or similar CMS platforms
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions
Nice-to-Have
- Basic knowledge of React or PHP to collaborate with developers
- Experience with multi-language or multi-country SEO
- Content creation and copywriting skills
- English proficiency
