GENEL NİTELİKLER VE İŞ TANIMI
Marriott International Oteller zincirine bağlı olarak hizmet veren Renaissance Izmir Hotel bünyesinde çalışacak “BİLGİ İŞLEM UZMANI” ekip arkadaşı aramaktayız.
GENEL NİTELİKLER
- Üniversitelerin ilgili bölümlerinden mezun,
- 5 yıldızlı zincir otellerde benzer pozisyonda en az 2 yıl tecrübeli,
- İyi derecede yazılı ve sözlü ingilizce dil bilgisine sahip,
- Bilgisayar donanım, Network ve Windows işletim sistemleri, Windows ağları ve sanallaştırma hakkında teknik bilgiye sahip,
- Network altyapısı konularında gerekli yapılandırma ve uygulama tecrübesine sahip,
- Kurumsal ağ kablolama, alt yapı sistemleri ve internet servis sağlayıcıları konularına hakim,
- Gelebilecek destek taleplerini çözümleyebilecek,
- Bilgi güvenliği süreçlerinde ve çözümlerinde deneyimli,
- Analitik düşünen, pratik ve çözüm odaklı,
- Takım çalışmasına yatkın, sorumluluk sahibi ve uyum gösterebilecek,
- Erkek adaylar için askerlik görevini tamamlamış,
İŞ TANIMI
- Otel sistemlerine hakim olmak (Opera, Micros, Mc vb.).
- Bilgisayar ağlarını, iş istasyonlarını, destek sunucu sistem(ler)ini, destekleyici donanım/yazılımları, kullanıcı hesaplarını ve bilgisayar/telefon odalarını kurmak, yapılandırmak, yönetmek, bakımını yapmak, test etmek, değerlendirmek ve onarmak.
- Bilgisayar donanımı/yazılımı/LAN ve WAN/internet ile ilgili teknik sorunları/sorunları gidermek/onarmak/çözmek.
- Bilgi teknolojisi ile ilgili ekipman kurulumlarını, taşınmalarını, eklemelerini, değişikliklerini ve sistem geliştirmelerini planlamak ve koordine etmek.
- Tüm teknolojik cihazların doğru envanterini tutmak.
