Istanbul Maltepe'de bulunan Genel Müdürlük Ofisimizde, Bilgi Teknolojileri Departmanımızda görevlendirmek üzere Bilgi Teknolojileri Uzmanı arıyoruz.
İŞ TANIMI:
- Donanım, yazılım, ağ ve işletim sistemleri/Yardım Masası Faaliyetleri ile ilgili son kullanıcı destek hizmetlerini sağlamak,
- Yeni sistem kurulumları, yazılım yüklemeleri, yazılım konfigürasyonları, ağ atamaları, yetkilendirmeler ve genel kontrol işlemleri / BT Operasyonlarında BT ekibine destek olmak,
BT varlıklarının bakımlı, ve emniyetli olmasını kontrol etmek,
BT varlık envanterinin güncellenmesi, Yardım Masası faaliyet kayıtlarının tutulması, dosyalama, arşivleme ve BT belgelerinin/Dokümantasyonunun kontrolünü yapmak,
Telefon, e-posta desteği/Uzak ofisler aracılığıyla uzak kullanıcıların günlük sorunlarına yönelik destek hizmeti sağlamak,
Yedekleme işlemlerini ve sunucu işletim sistemlerinin yedeklenmesini gerçekleştirmek,
İş istasyonu güvenlik sistemlerinin güncel olmasını sağlamak,
İş istasyonları, yazıcılar ve ağ cihazlarındaki donanım arızalarını tespit edip çözmek,
Yazılım, program ve ağ sistemi/Tamir-Bakım ile ilgili hata ve sorunları tespit edip çözmek,
GENEL NİTELİKLER:
- Bilgisayar Programcılığı, Bilgisayar Mühendisliği vb. bölümlerden lisans mezunu,
- Alanında 2-4 yıl deneyimli,
- İyi derecede İngilizce bilen,
