About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled DevOps Specialist to join our team and take ownership of our CI/CD pipelines, Kubernetes environments, observability stack, and core infrastructure components. The ideal candidate has strong hands-on experience with cloud-native technologies, automation, and high-availability architectures.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain end-to-end CI/CD processes (Build, Test, Deploy) using Azure DevOps Pipelines.
• Manage and optimize YAML-based pipeline structures for scalable and efficient delivery.
• Deploy, administer, and scale Kubernetes clusters on bare-metal or virtualized environments using Kubespray.
• Lead zero-downtime Kubernetes upgrade processes in production environments.
• Oversee multi-cluster management, RBAC configuration, and workload monitoring via Rancher.
• Administer Linux systems (Ubuntu/CentOS/RHEL) and apply automation and configuration management using Ansible, Terraform, or similar tools.
• Manage Elasticsearch index lifecycle (ILM), sharding, mapping, and overall system maintenance.
• Install, configure, and perform basic troubleshooting for Redis, RabbitMQ, and Kafka components.
• Implement and maintain observability solutions using Promstack, Grafana, and OpenTelemetry, including APM, dashboards, and alerting.
• Contribute to the design and support of high-availability architectures and system scaling under varying traffic loads.
• Develop system automation scripts using Bash or Python.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or Infrastructure Engineering roles.
• Strong knowledge of container orchestration, CI/CD automation, and modern observability tools.
• Solid understanding of distributed systems, networking concepts, and Linux internals.
• Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and contribute to architectural decisions.
• Problem‑solving mindset with a focus on reliability, scalability, and automation.

Nice to Have

• Experience working in large-scale, high-traffic environments.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).
• Knowledge of security best practices and infrastructure hardening.
