Job Description

We are seeking a talented and innovative Digital Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team in The Grand Tarabya, Managed by Accor İstanbul, Türkiye. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, engage customers, and support our business goals.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across various platforms
• Manage and optimize our social media presence, creating engaging content and monitoring performance
• Implement SEO strategies to improve our website's organic search rankings
• Create and manage pay-per-click (PPC) advertising campaigns
• Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, including content creation and list segmentation
• Analyze campaign performance and provide detailed reports using various analytics tools
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across all digital channels
• Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies, recommending new approaches to improve our marketing efforts
• Manage relationships with external vendors and agencies as needed
• Contribute to the development of marketing materials and assets for digital campaigns

Qualifications 

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing
• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful digital marketing campaigns
• Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and content marketing strategies
• Proficiency in social media management and advertising platforms
• Experience with email marketing systems and data segmentation
• Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in digital marketing tools and reporting platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager)
• Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
• Experience with design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, InDesign) is a plus
• Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and marketing automation tools
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Creative mindset with a passion for staying current with digital marketing trends
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on efficiency and organization
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment
