IT Senior Specialist

Main Responsibilities 

• Manage and maintain server, hardware and software infrastructure to ensure uninterrupted operations,
• Ensure the continuous and stable operation of SAP ERP systems,
• Manage backup, disaster recovery and business continuity processes,
• Monitor and improve information security systems and policies,
• Take necessary actions against internal and external cyber security threats,
• Manage license tracking, system capacity and hardware requirement planning,
• Coordinate with external IT service providers and vendors when required,
• Monitor system, software and internet usage in line with company policies
• Follow technological developments and evaluate them for company implementation,
• Prepare regular system performance and status reports for management,
• Contributing to global IT projects, rollouts and improvements.

Position Requirements

• Preferably graduated from Information Technologies, Computer Programming or Computer Engineering or related fields,
• Min 5 years experience in IT/OT environment including network segmentation, Firewall, architecture documentation, industrial networks, audit management, and coordination/project management responsibilities,
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server environments,
• Experience with SQL servers,
• Basic knowledge of SAP ERP systems,
• Strong knowledge of Cisco network devices,
• Advanced level of English
• Experience with standards such as ISO 27001, Cyber Essentials, or the NIST Cybersecurity Framework,
• Exposure to endpoint management tools (e.g. Intune, MDE, SCCM)
• Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks (IT – OT), and common business applications combined with experience with cybersecurity practices and data protection,
• Strong technical experience with VMware, SAN, and general network administration.
