Junior AI Technician

We are looking for a “Junior AI Technician” to be assigned to our Taksim Corporate Office

The Junior AI Technician supports the technical implementation and development of AI-driven automation, monitoring, and digital control systems across The Marmara Group’s websites, social media channels, and designated digital platforms. The role contributes to the deployment, integration, optimization, and continuity of AI-based solutions across The Marmara Group’s digital ecosystem. The position provides technical and operational support to the reporting manager 

Key Responsibilities:

Implementing AI-based development, optimization, and control systems across The Marmara Group websites, social media channels, and selected digital platforms,

Building and maintaining AI-driven automation and monitoring workflows

Supporting control, consistency, and validation processes across The Marmara Group digital assets

Integrating AI tools and LLM-based solutions into existing systems

Establishing and managing data flows between systems via APIs

Monitoring live systems and identifying anomalies or technical issues

Preparing technical documentation for implemented solutions

Providing technical and operational support to The Marmara Group AI and automation initiatives

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Industrial Engineering, MIS, Mathematics, Statistics, or related disciplines),

Newly graduated or with limited professional experience

Available for full-time employment

Able to adapt to a flexible working approach

Analytical, structured, and capable of taking ownership

Technical Expectations:

Familiarity with at least one programming language such as Python and/or Java

Understanding of REST API concepts and ability to work with APIs

Interest in automation, system integration, and monitoring processes

Basic understanding of how The Marmara Group’s websites, digital platforms, and content systems operate

Awareness of version control, logging, and technical documentation practices

Interest in and hands-on experimentation with AI / LLM-based tools
