JUNIOR PROJECT SPECIALIST
 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform correspondence with clients and customs broker regarding to import and export processes

• Ensure all set-up is complete prior to project start

• Track and keep records of orders coming to the warehouse and distributed to the sites from the warehouse

• Plan orders to be sent to the sites with related parties

• Keep project files up to date

• Keep inventory records and reporting to customers in a timely manner

• Manage destruction of supplies as per client requirements

• Prepare month-end financial reports, KPI reports

• Preferred experience in SAP, LOGO or similar software

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION : Bachelor’s Degree (Diploma in Business Administration or International Trade and Logistics Department preferred)
 

TECHNICAL AND SOFT SKILL REQUIREMENTS

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office – Word, Outlook and advanced knowledge of Excel

• Intermediate/Upper-intermediate level of English language

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to details

• Ability to work under pressure and produce high quality work within time constraints

OTHER

• Office based role (Residency in Istanbul Anatolian side or Kocaeli preferred). Shuttle to Darica, Gebze, İzmit and İstanbul Anatolian region on D-100 route. Meal-card is available.
