What awaits you in this role?

We are looking for a passionate Lead Engineer-AIOps who will join our team at Artificial Intelligence in Beko.

• Designing, implementing, and maintaining AIOps solutions for scalable, cloud-native AI/ML platforms.
• Developing automation pipelines for monitoring, logging, and incident management in hybrid AWS and Azure environments.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance system reliability, performance, and scalability.
• Leading the adoption of advanced observability practices by integrating tools like CloudWatch, Prometheus, Grafana, or similar.
• Analyzing system metrics to predict and prevent outages, leveraging ML algorithms for proactive issue resolution.
• Working closely with DevOps and AI engineers to optimize CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure management.
• Staying updated with the latest trends in AIOps, cloud technologies, and infrastructure automation.

The position is located in Sütlüce,İstanbul.

How do we describe a perfect match?

• 5+ years of experience in AIOps, DevOps, or Site Reliability Engineering roles.
• Proficiency with AWS services (e.g., EC2, S3, Lambda, CloudFormation) and a solid understanding of Azure.
• Strong programming skills in Python, Go, or JavaScript.
• Hands-on experience with monitoring and observability tools (e.g., DataDog, New Relic, ELK Stack, or similar).
• Expertise in infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform or Ansible.
• Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines and tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI/CD.
• Familiarity with containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of machine learning pipelines and frameworks is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to managing complex systems.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in multi-cloud environments (AWS + Azure).
• Familiarity with AI/ML workflows and their specific infrastructure needs.
• Knowledge of scripting and automation for incident management and anomaly detection.
