Network & Cyber Security Specialist

We are looking for teammates who will work with us in Mars Athletic #1 Fitness Operator in Turkey which is evolving as a digital wellness company including MAC, MACFit, and NuSpa brands.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• Strong command of English.
• 5+ years of experience in network and cyber security, with a focus on large-scale infrastructure.
• Expertise in cybersecurity frameworks, risk assessment, and security compliance standards.
• Hands-on experience with cybersecurity tools, scripting (Python, Bash, PowerShell), and automation.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
• Preferred certifications: CISSP, CISM, CEH, CompTIA Security+, CCNA Security, OSCP.

What You Will Do

• Oversee the entire cybersecurity strategy, ensuring robust protection for MAC’s digital infrastructure.
• Manage network security technologies such as firewalls, IDS/IPS, VPNs, and SIEM solutions.
• Define and implement security policies, procedures, and compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, PCI-DSS, etc.).
• Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing using tools like Nessus, Metasploit, and Nmap.
• Lead incident response and crisis management efforts, ensuring rapid detection and resolution of security threats.
• Develop and implement security solutions for cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Establish and maintain cryptographic standards, including encryption protocols, digital signatures, and PKI.
• Ensure application and system security across multiple platforms, including Windows, Linux, and macOS.
• Implement data security solutions such as DLP, encryption, and privacy management.
• Monitor security analytics and respond to threats using tools like Wireshark, Splunk, and Kali Linux.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate cybersecurity best practices into digital wellness products.
• Plan and execute security training programs for employees to enhance cyber security awareness.
