Part Time Working Student (Software Engineering/ Software Test Engineering - Industrial Edge)

What are my responsibilities?

• Software design and development activities for digital connectivity and automation system projects
• Software design, implementation, unit tests, module tests, debugging and release tasks in a multi-site, international software development environment
• Designing, preparing, implementing test cases, test automation scripts and performing automated/manual tests via recording and tracking defects using standard bug tracking tools
• Producing high quality project deliverables
• Conforming to Siemens processes, quality standards, and guidelines

What do I need to qualify for this job?

• Expected graduation date is 2027, in Computer Engineering, Electrical & Electronics Engineering or related area.
• Basic programming skills in Java,C, C++,or C#
• Basic programming skills in scripting languages such as Python, Go, Javascript
• Development experience in Linux environment is a plus
• Good understanding of object oriented programming
• Able to work 2,5 days within the week
• Good command of English
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills
• Eager to continuously learn and develop new skills
