The impact you’ll make

At Paribu, every team member plays a crucial role in driving innovation and delivering high-quality solutions. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Driving the vision and strategy for AI-powered products
  • Building and prioritizing the roadmap to deliver real business value
  • Collaborating with data scientists, engineers, designers, and business teams
  • Overseeing the entire AI model lifecycle: data → training → deployment → optimization
  • Ensuring ethical, transparent, and responsible use of AI in every step

Key competencies

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus
  • 3+ years of experience in product management or AI/ML-focused roles such as product ownership, data analysis, or product development
  • Solid understanding of AI/ML fundamentals and lifecycle management
  • Ability to translate between technical and business contexts
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional leadership
  • A user-first mindset with a commitment to ethical AI practices
