Who’re we?

Ege Kimya is the intermediate chemicals supplier to more than 10 sectors such as the ceramic, construction chemicals, rubber, agriculture and paint sectors with more than 60 years of experience and wide product-range. The production capacities have increased through partnerships established with international firms, co-production agreements, in an effort to become a partner of preference to other multi-national companies wishing to take advantage of this industrial facility.

Ege Kimya operates as an integrated team with its technical staff, experienced in different fields, and with employees trained in their specialties. Its Research and Development team consists of postgraduate researchers and senior executives.

Ege Kimya is in league with the leading global chemical companies such as Evonik-Degussa, Albemarle Catalysts, Euclid Chemical.

What we expect from you?

*Establishing planned maintenance activities. To carry out optimization, improvement and revision activities.

*Developing the competencies and technical knowledge of the team.

*Following the production processes and support the solution of bottleneck points and chronic malfunctions.

*Contributing to the project-maintenance activities in our production facility, takes responsibility,

*Orienting the related teams within plans, ensure that they comply with company policies as well as OHS and Environmental policies, get result

*Ensuring the implementation and application of relevant procedures

*Making documentation of all process steps,

*Making resource management and planning in all processes,

*Making the necessary reports

*Monitoring technology, developments, innovations and competitors in the sector and industry, and to project and commission applications deemed necessary.

What we're looking for:

*University degree - Mechanical/Mechatronics Engineering,

*Min.5 years of experience in engineering,

*Excellent command of English, both written and spoken

*Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications, technical drawing and AutoCAD software,

*Coordinated work with inter-team and cross-business units with communication skills

*Focusing on solutions with innovative approaches

*Developed in relationship management competence

*Have planning and organizational skills

*Has a visionary and strategic point of view

*Is or willing to live in Adapazarı - Sakarya.
