General Description

We are looking for an experienced SAP ABAP Senior Specialist to join our Information Technologies team at CFN Kimya.

This role will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining software enhancements within SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud (Public Edition) environments. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in modern SAP extensibility concepts, ABAP Cloud development, and SAP best practices, ensuring that business requirements are delivered while preserving the standard structure and clean core philosophy of SAP Public Cloud.

The position requires a proactive professional with strong analytical skills, a solution-oriented mindset, and the ability to collaborate closely with business stakeholders, functional consultants, and technical teams throughout the digital transformation journey.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on SAP ABAP development experience
• Proven experience with SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud environments
• Strong knowledge of ABAP Cloud development concepts and frameworks
• Solid expertise in RAP (RESTful ABAP Programming Model), CDS Views, and OData Services
• Good understanding of SAP Clean Core principles and cloud extensibility approaches
• Experience in technical analysis, solution design, and business requirement evaluation
• Strong problem-solving, debugging, and performance optimization skills
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Good command of English.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SAP Fiori and UI5 application development
• Knowledge of SAP Business Technology Platform (SAP BTP)
• Experience with SAP Cloud Platform Integration (SAP CPI)
• SAP certifications related to ABAP Cloud, SAP BTP, or S/4HANA Public Cloud
• Experience in API-based integrations and cloud-native development approaches

Responsibilities

SAP Development & Solution Design

• Provide technical guidance to business analysis, business units and project stakeholders
• Design and develop scalable solutions aligned with SAP Public Cloud standards and roadmap
• Develop applications and extensions using ABAP for Cloud and RAP architecture
• Ensure all developments comply with SAP Clean Core principles
• Build and maintain CDS Views, business objects, and OData services
• Develop API-based integrations with internal and external systems
• Design cloud-compliant solutions within SAP Public Cloud limitations and best practices
• Develop SAP Fiori and UI5 applications

SAP Cloud Extensions & Integrations

• Develop extensions and integrations on SAP Business Technology Platform (SAP BTP)
• Support the implementation of modern SAP extensibility approaches

Testing, Support & Continuous Improvement

• Perform unit testing, troubleshooting, debugging, and performance optimization activities
• Support system upgrades, releases, and enhancement projects
• Ensure solution quality, maintainability, and long-term sustainability
• Stay up to date with SAP Public Cloud innovations, roadmap updates, and emerging technologies
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within SAP and digital transformation projects
