Senior Specialist, Technical Analysis

QUALIFICATIONS WE ARE LOOKING FOR 

• BSS knowledge is required
• Knowledge of the Agile working methodology is required
• Excellent command of written and spoken English is required
• Minimum 3 years of experience in technical analysis
• Excellence knowledge of business methods and technologies about Technical Analysis in Software Development Lifecycle
• Experience in intermediate level SQL is required
• Experience in BPMN design and flows, REST webservices or telecom business processes
• High analytic abilities and problem solving skills to explain customer requirements for design and analysis of the topic
• Experience with systems integration, telecommunication systems, order management systems, middleware systems or e-commerce solutions is a plus
• Experience with Postman, drawIO and Atlassian Tools such as Jira and confluence knowledge is a plus
• Experience with DB normalization/denormalization and query performance tuning is a plus

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Monitoring and analysing the business needs of the customers, preparation of detailed documentation and reports for the software team
• Responsible for integration of the each module which are already implemented or will be implement as per requirements.
• Identify detailed business requirements and user stories, prepare use-cases and design BPMN flows with following system capabilities
• Communication with customer in English, in order to collect requirements and receive new change requests, estimate effort for each request, analysis and document it
• Work closely with architect, design, development and test teams to ensure quality of Project
• Gather, elicitate, negotiate requirements from international stakeholders in English, convert them into analysis output (technical analysis, user story, use case, functional/non-functional specifications, acceptance criteria, business scenario etc.)
