Senior System Analyst

We are seeking a “Senior System Analyst” for Gloria Jean’s Coffees Head Office in Şişli, İstanbul.

Responsibilities:

• Analyse business processes to identify improvement opportunities,
• Gather and document requirements from business departments and translate them into functional specifications for developers or Third party company,
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and optimize ERP solutions (Canias, Logo etc.),
• Provide insights and reports to stakeholders based on analysis of business needs,
• Ensure effective communication between business departments and technical teams,

•  Help resolve competing priorities between stakeholder groups by facilitating stakeholder discussions and escalating issues where appropriate,
• Manage requirements scoping throughout the delivery process,
• Create artifacts as appropriate, including business case documentation, scope documentation, and process flow,
• Support delivery teams as they develop, test, and deploy solutions,
• Review delivery team output to ensure requirements are correctly interpreted; define and execute test cases,
• Document current processes and models to understand inefficiencies or gaps,

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Endustry Engineering, Computer Engineering , or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a System Analyst, Business Analyst or relevant position, must have worked with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solutions,
•  Experienced in MS SQL Server programming language(s)
• Proficiency in English (both written and spoken),
• Experienced creating documentation such as business case documentation or business requirements summaries,
• Knowledgeable and experienced in web services and integration structures,
• Strong understanding of business operations and IT systems,
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills,
• Adaptability and a willingness to learn new skills
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Able to provide comfortable transportation to Şişli,
