Software Engineer II, Calendar, Mobile

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 1 year of experience with software development in one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, C, C++, Java, JavaScript).
• 1 year of experience with data structures or algorithms.
• 1 year of experience with front-end and user interface development.

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience in iOS development.
• Experience designing, testing, delivering, and monitoring mobile applications.
• Experience in one of the following languages: SwiftUI/UIKit, Objective-C, Java, Kotlin.

Responsibilities

• Work with Tech Leads (TLs), Technical Program Managers (TPMs), Product Managers (PMs), and User Experience Designs (UXDs) to design, review, implement, and launch changes to our products. Drive for pragmatic solutions and product excellence.
• Help with the migration to newer technologies (e.g., Swift/SwiftUI for IOS).
• Unblock releases, monitor production systems, find bottlenecks, and optimize performance.
• Help us maintain and improve our infrastructure and platform and, after an onboarding phase, participate in our BoD rotation.
• Consult our partner teams, review designs.
