Software Team Lead | Microservice

Qualifications & Requirements;

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering or a related field
• Minimum 10 years of professional experience in software development and at least 3 years in a team lead.
• Strong knowledge of .NET Core, C#, RESTful APIs, Docker, and Kubernetes
• Proven experience in designing and implementing microservice architectures and cloud-based systems (preferably AWS)
• Fluent in English and able to communicate effectively in technical and business contexts
• Hands-on experience with SQL and NoSQL databases including MongoDB
• Advanced understanding of modern architectural patterns such as Domain-Driven Design (DDD), CQRS, and Event-Driven Architecture (EDA)
• Experience with messaging and communication protocols such as AMQP, MQTT, and gRPC
• Knowledge of GraphQL API design and integration
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Agile methodologies, and DevSecOps practices
• Awareness of API security best practices aligned with OWASP standards
• Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and grow a software development team
• Strong analytical thinking, communication, and problem-solving skills
