Provides first class technical support to internal clients; analyzes, determines and solves client issues.Cooperates internally to answer client questions and solve issues. Escalates non-solved issues to the specialized teams. Responsible for client satisfaction with regard to all performed activities.

System specialist, Service Desk

• Onsite IT support including 1st and 2nd level basic end user and IT infrastructure support for both office and shopfloor end users/IT endpoints.
• Providing basic PC hardware/printer/software support.
• Administration of support tickets in ITSM system.
• Applying IT security standards and assisting the security services team.​
• Offering emergency onsite support and special support for VIP users.​
• Cooperating closely with all Shared Services Teams.​

Position requirements:

• General knowledge about IT infrastructure HW and systems
• Experience with Windows operating systems (Windows 10/11)
• Experience with mobile devices support
• Customer service skills
• English language on A2 level
• Ability to learn new things
• Experience with IT support in manufacturing company is a plus
