About the Role
We are looking for a talented and experienced software engineer to join our team in building next-generation medical imaging systems. You will be involved in the full development cycle — from image acquisition to processing, visualization, and performance optimization — in close collaboration with hardware and optics teams.
What You’ll Do
Software Development
- Build control software for medical imaging devices
- Develop algorithms for:
- Image compression, stitching, and white balance
- Object detection, recognition, and tracking
- Autofocus and live image streaming
- Optimize performance with hardware integration
- Improve scanning speed and image quality through software enhancements
User Interfaces
- Design interfaces for image viewing and interaction
- Gather user feedback and integrate it into development
- (Preferred) Develop web-based interfaces
Testing & Documentation
- Test software modules and systems
- Document code, workflows, and test results
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of software development experience, preferably in imaging or computer vision
- Bachelor’s degree in:
- Software, Computer, Biomedical, Bioengineering
- Mechatronics, Electrical-Electronics, or related fields
- Proficient in Python and C++
- Hands-on experience with OpenCV and image processing
- Solid understanding of computer vision and medical imaging
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Team-oriented, self-motivated, and responsible
- Professional proficiency in English (spoken and written)
- No military obligations (if applicable)
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel when needed
Nice to Have
- Experience in Linux-based development
- Familiarity with embedded systems and machine learning
- Knowledge of server and storage infrastructure
