Job Description

Sektöründe öncü konumda bulunan şirketimizin Dijital Pazarlama departmanında görevlendirilmek üzere; analitik düşünce yapısına sahip, stratejik planlama yeteneği gelişmiş ve aşağıda belirtilen nitelikleri taşıyan "Dijital Pazarlama ve Reklam Yönetimi Uzmanı" aramaktayız.

  • Üniversitelerin İşletme, İktisat, Pazarlama, İletişim veya ilgili Mühendislik fakültelerinden lisans derecesi ile mezun (tercihen)
  • Dijital Pazarlama ve Performans Yönetimi alanında en az 2 yıl profesyonel deneyime sahip,
  • Google Marketing Platform (Google Ads, Google Analytics 4, Tag Manager) ekosistemine ileri düzeyde hakim,
  • Meta Business Suite (Facebook & Instagram Ads) yönetiminde stratejik planlama ve bütçe yönetimi tecrübesi bulunan,
  • Mobil ve Çevrimiçi (Programatik, Display) reklam modelleri konusunda teknik bilgi sahibi,
  • Veri analizi, raporlama ve KPI takibi konularında yetkin, analitik yönü kuvvetli,
  • MS Office uygulamalarını (özellikle iyi seviye Excel) etkin kullanabilen,
  • Planlama, organizasyon ve zaman yönetimi becerileri gelişmiş,
  • Kurumsal temsil yeteneği yüksek, sözlü ve yazılı iletişimi güçlü,

İŞ TANIMI VE SORUMLULUKLAR

  • Seçilecek aday, Şirketimizin dijital varlıklarının yönetimi ve performansının artırılması süreçlerinde aşağıdaki sorumlulukları üstlenecektir:
  • Stratejik Planlama: Şirket hedefleri doğrultusunda yıllık ve dönemlik dijital reklam stratejilerinin oluşturulması ve medya planlamasının yapılması.
  • Kampanya Yönetimi: Google Ads (Arama, Görüntülü, Video) ve Meta platformlarında reklam kampanyalarının uçtan uca kurgulanması, yayına alınması ve yönetilmesi.
  • Performans Optimizasyonu: Reklam bütçelerinin ROI (Yatırım Getirisi) veROAS (Reklam Harcaması Getirisi) odaklı olarak optimize edilmesi; dönüşüm maliyetlerinin düşürülmesine yönelik aksiyonların alınması.
  • Veri Analizi ve Raporlama: Google Analytics ve Tag Manager kullanılarak kullanıcı davranışlarının analiz edilmesi; haftalık ve aylık performans raporlarının üst yönetime sunulması.
  • Rakip ve Pazar Analizi: Sektörel trendlerin ve rakip faaliyetlerinin düzenli olarak takip edilerek pazarlama stratejilerine entegre edilmesi.
  • Koordinasyon: Kreatif ve içerik ekipleri ile koordineli çalışarak, hedef kitleye uygun görsel ve metin çalışmalarının brief süreçlerinin yönetilmesi.
