Temelleri 1966 yılında Refik Koyuncu tarafından atılan Koyuncu Grup; Akaryakıt, Otomotiv, Araç Muayene, Enerji, Tuz Üretimi, Seracılık, Kimya ve Savunma Sanayi alanlarında 1.150’den fazla çalışanı ve 12,5 milyar TL’nin üzerindeki faaliyet geliri ile varlığını başarılı bir şekilde sürdürmektedir.
Pozisyon Özeti:
Kurumsal kaynak planlama (ERP) sistemlerinin yönetimi, uyarlanması ve kullanıcı desteğini sağlayacak, iş süreçlerinin analizinde aktif rol alacak "ERP Uzmanı" arıyoruz.
İş süreçlerini anlayan, çözüm odaklı düşünen ve proje yönetimi becerilerini etkin şekilde kullanabilen adayları ekibimize bekliyoruz.

Tuz Gölü’ndeki modern üretim tesisleriyle Türkiye’nin en büyük tuz üreticisi konumunda olan Koyuncu Grup Türkiye tuz ihracatının %50’sini tek başına gerçekleştirmektedir. Bursa’da bulunan likit tuz tesisinde ise tekstil sektörüne yönelik yüksek kalite rafine sıvı tuz üretilmektedir.
Otomotiv sektöründe Fiat bayiliği ile Konya ili marka liderliğini yıllardır elinde bulundurmaktadır. 2019 yılında Jeep ve Alfa Romeo, 2024 yılında Jaecoo ve son olarak 2025 yılında BYD markalarının satış showroomu hizmete açılmış olup, aynı zamanda bu markaların servis hizmetleri verilmektedir. Konya ve Ankara'da bulunan 19,88 MWp kurulu güce sahip olan 10 adet güneş enerjisi santrali ile çevre dostu elektrik üretimi gerçekleştirip, çeşitli alanlarda tükettiği enerjiyi buradaki santrallerden sağlamakta ve bu alanda bölgesinde öncü olma yolunda ilerlemektedir.

Faaliyet alanlarına savunma sanayini ekleyen Koyuncu Grup, Aselsan ortaklığında Konya’da gerçekleştirilen savunma sanayi yatırımın en büyük özel sektör ortağı konumundadır.
Grubumuz Afyonkarahisar Sandıklı bölgesinde yer alan jeotermal seracılık sektörüne 2021 yılında adım atmıştır. Modern topraksız tarım yöntemi ve iyi tarım uygulamalarıyla 102.240 m2'lik üretim alanında salkım domates yetiştiriciliği yapılarak yılda 5 milyon kg ürün alınmaktadır. Tesisimizde 140 kişi istihdam edilerek ülke ekonomisine ve iş gücüne önemli katkı sağlamaktadır.
2023 yılı içerisinde devreye alınan Koyuncu Kimya Klor Alkali Fabrikası en son teknoloji makine ve teçhizat ile donatılmış modern bir kimyasal üretim tesisi olarak dizayn edilmiştir. Tesiste üretim için ilk aşama da yaklaşık 50 kişi istihdam edilmiş olup, üretim ve pazar koşullarına bağlı olarak ek istihdam sağlanacaktır.
Güneş Enerjisi Sistemleri alanında INSOS Enerji’nin ortaklarından olan Koyuncu Grup, Türkiye’nin 28 vilayetinde yaklaşık 400’ün üzerinde güneş enerji santrallerine danışmanlık, tasarım, kurulum, işletim ve bakım hizmetleri sunar hale gelmiştir.
Son yatırımımız olan Sodyum Pirosülfit Üretim Tesisi, 2025 yılında Kazakistan’ın Karatau/Taraz bölgesinde tamamlanacaktır. Tesisimizde 40 kişi istihdam edilmesi planlanmaktadır.
