Backend Internship Program

Job Overview
We are looking for Backend Developer Intern!

Founded in 2016, Kaizen is a technology company established to strengthen customer loyalty for brands. Specializing in loyalty programs and mobile-based solutions, Kaizen continues to grow through projects carried out with global brands. To date, it has worked with internationally recognized names such as Coca-Cola, Anadolu Efes, Nescafe, and Nutella. Together with these brands, it has co-designed and implemented customer loyalty strategies.

Required Experience

• If you're a 3rd or 4th year student in Computer, Software, or Electrical-Electronics Engineering,
• If you need to complete a mandatory internship,
• Interest in C# and the .NET ecosystem, with a basic level of proficiency,
• If you can spare time for us at least 3 days a week,
• If you're someone who doesn't shy away from responsibility, is curious, eager to learn, and has strong communication skills

Internship Details

• The internship is conducted in a remote working model.
• Throughout the process, you will receive mentorship support and be part of a team that values learning and growth.
• At the end of the internship, depending on mutual fit and needs, we may offer you a part-time position.
• In that case, you may be required to be physically present at our office in Istanbul.
