Creative AI Video Designer

We are looking for a new team member who will strengthen the creative production capacity of our Marketing Team, lead AI-powered content creation processes, and help shape the future of our brand’s digital communication through vision, creativity, and agility.

Job Description

• Create visual and video content for the brand’s social media channels.
• Develop creative materials for digital campaigns, advertising projects, and corporate communications initiatives.
• Utilize AI-powered tools to accelerate and enhance content creation workflows.
• Create and optimize effective prompts for image, video, and text generation models.
• Evaluate and refine AI-generated outputs to ensure quality, brand consistency, and alignment with communication objectives.
• Ensure the consistent application of brand identity and visual standards across all content.
• Collaborate closely with Marketing, Brand Management, and Performance Marketing teams.
• Stay up to date with emerging AI tools and content creation trends, contributing insights and best practices to the team.
• Support the documentation and standardization of AI-driven content production processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication Design, Communications, Advertising, or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in design, content creation, or creative communications, with prior experience in corporate brand communications, agencies, or production companies.
• Hands-on experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar design tools.
• Experience in AI-powered video production and motion content creation using tools such as Midjourney, Runway, Firefly, and similar platforms.
• Proven experience working with AI-driven content creation tools, supported by a portfolio of relevant work.
• Advanced prompt engineering skills for visual, video, and text generation.
• Strong understanding of social media and digital content production dynamics.
• A strong sense of visual aesthetics and creative storytelling.
• Sufficient English proficiency to follow and utilize international resources and industry developments.
